All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

• Orders will be shipped from Vietnam
• The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7-10 business days.
• With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 – 4 weeks.

Shipping time:

• 🇺🇸 United States: Economy: 8 -15 business days
• 🇨🇦 Canada: Economy: 12 - 20 business days.
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Economy: 10 - 15 business days.
• 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: Economy: 15 - 20 business days.
• 🇪🇺 European Countries: Economy: 10 - 15 business days.
• Other Countries:  Economy: 15 - 20 business days.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing BBDecorDesign Store. Our aim is to provide you with artistic epoxy resin products that exceed your expectations. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return: We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The product does not meet the specifications as described.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at BBDecorDesign2019@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information about the issue, including clear photos of any damaged or defective items. We will review your request and respond with instructions on the next steps.

3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

4. Return Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the product is damaged/defective).

6. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for damage or defects. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. We will clearly communicate if an item falls into this category during the purchase process.
